Terms of Service

SwiftGifting.com Service Agreement

1. Procurement: Ownership of physical assets transfers to the Client upon Pilot Activation. Units are staged in our Taiwan hub (Powered by Kaybull Inc. via KASHMEN Co.) for up to 12 months.

2. The Signature Link: Each Signature Link is a unique deployment gateway limited strictly to the inventory count purchased.

3. Global Logistics (DDP): All shipments are sent via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). SwiftGifting.com handles all import duties and local taxes. Recipients pay nothing.

4. Branding Finality: Final UV-branding Mockups require 1-on-1 Onboarding sign-off. Once printed, production is final.

All global deployments are managed as Private Consignments to ensure a seamless recipient experience. For U.S. destinations, assets are delivered as fully prepaid gifts with zero intent for resale. For EU and UK territories, shipments are processed as expedited commercial parcels under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. All VAT and import duties are cleared at the source via our IOSS (320021867) and corporate tax ID, ensuring your target is never burdened with duty or surprise fees.
